Ingredients
- 4 Ounces Spindrift Brut
- 1 Ounce Elderflower Liqueur
- 1 Star Anise
- Sugar and Lemon to rim the glass
Directions
Rim a champagne flute with lemon and then sugar.
Pour in the Spindrift Brut.
Gently pour the St. Germain’s (or other Elderflower liqueur) on top.
Add 1 star anise.
Serve.
