Perfect for pairing with cheese, spreading on toast, or glazing meats, this versatile delight is a must-have for any kitchen. Stay tuned for the recipe!
Ingredients
  • 20 dried figs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 lemon, squeezed
Directions

Figs are an Island favorite.  Known as a super food, figs contain iron, potassium, alcium, magnesium - dietary fibers, and vitamins A, B1 and B2.  Figs are not considered Vegan.

If choosing fresh figs, reduce water to a couple of tablespoons.

Bring all items to a boil, reduce and reserve as a jam.

Serve with 40 Knots Pinot Noir and a charcutrie plate with har cheese, or try it with your grilled cheese.
